The festive opening of the concert season of the Czech Philharmonic Choir Brno will take place in the inspiring setting of the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul in Brno. The evening will feature sacred music by three exceptional composers: Anton Bruckner’s spiritual motets, Leonard Bernstein’s emotionally rich Chichester Psalms, and Antonín Dvořák’s monumental Te Deum.
The solo parts will be performed by soprano Eliška Minářová and bass Jozef Benci. They will be joined by the renowned Czech Philharmonic Choir Brno under the direction of choirmaster Petr Fiala and accompanied by the Pilsen Philharmonic Orchestra. The evening will be conducted by Chief Conductor Chuhei Iwasaki.
This extraordinary concert will blend the intimacy and grandeur of sacred music, offering a profound artistic experience in a unique sacred space.
