The Smetana Days 2021
The programme of the Smetana Days will be published soon
In these days, we are preparing on the programme of 41st Smetana Days festival which will be published soon. We can already promise that the musical part will not forget the unfinished project of the festival yeas 2020 (comprehensive performance of string quartets by Ludwig van Beethoven), or some other concerts that could not take place due to the pandemic. The festival will traditionally intertwine themes related to the personality of Bedřich Smetana and his references to the past and the future. The dramaturgy of the festival will also focus on Czech contemporary art, Czech artists under te age of thirty, and creative workshops or programs aimed at childtren and young people with audience interaction.
